Dossier sur la respiration dans La Vie n°3445

Je remercie Corinne Soulay de m'avoir interrogée sur la respiration anti stress pour le magazine LA Vie du 08 septembre 2011.

La respiration est un très bon outil anti stress, qui fait le lien entre le corps et l'esprit.

Le psychisme influe sur la respiration et vice versa, la "bonne repiration" influe positivement sur l'état de bien être.
